We are going to let you in on a secret; pre-arrangement counselors make their living off of commissions earned selling annuities or insurance. At Lowell-Tims we think this is a dangerous practice, so we pay our pre-planning counselors a fair salary and a small commission. We don't want our counselors struggling to pay their bills and pressuring our friends to buy a product just because they need a paycheck. We treat our friends and the people of Jackson County with honesty and integrity and never try to sell them a plan that they don't need or can't afford. We also accept pre-arrangements from any other funeral home. If you have purchased a pre-need and feel uncomfortable about it or you’re not sure what you have, please feel free to contact us or bring in the policy and we will review it with you. Pre-Planning your funeral does have many benefits and can relieve emotional and financial burdens on the survivors.
