The David Locke Family
By reunion time, Theresa and I will have shared
over 28 years together. She recently finished
her Bachelor’s degree and is ready to move on
to bigger and better things.  We are all very
proud of her.  We still have two children.

Our Son, Stanley (23), was married last year to
a girl from Wakita, Jess.  They met after our
move to Enid in 2001.  So far, thank goodness,
no grandchildren. We’re all still too young for
that.   But, we did take on a band of misfits
pictured below. They’re like the Gremlins from
the movie. Don’t feed them after dark or they’
ll go wild.  We call them the “No-No Bad Dog
Gang”.  Their favorite treat is Orville
Redenbacher’s Puppy Corn.

Our daughter, front, Charlee, just completed
her sophomore year at NWOSU in Alva.  She is
majoring in goat roping and barrel racing…
Seriously, she’s working on an Ag marketing
degree

Since leaving the Air Force, I’ve been working
Primarily as a contractor mostly in the
Information Technology field.  I currently work
for an Oklahoma based company, Chickasaw
Nation Industries, as a Program Manager,
overseeing two contracts at the FAA Center in
Oklahoma City.

Previous to that I was the IT Director at Vance
AFB in Enid where, as of this second, we still
live until the house sells.  Anyone want to move
to Enid?  I spent over four and a half years
there helping administer a huge Base
Operations Services contract.  Yes,  Chris, I’m
the one you’re looking for!

Before that, I worked at the City of Altus as the
Information Systems manager.  The one man
band thing sure wasn't my gig!

I also spent four or so years as a project
manager at Altus AFB working for Boeing and
McDonnell Douglass. Lots of really cool
engineering stuff working with the C-17 training
system.

You might get the idea that I still haven't
figured out what I’m going to do when (or if) I
grow up.
Theresa, my wife, a 1979 AHS Grad, is currently
working as  medical biller at an Enid hospital.
She plans to find work in the Oklahoma City
area as we transition to big city life.

Theresa and I diving off the coast of Cozumel
Feb 2005 (I’m the one on the left)
We love visiting places like Roman Nose to
relax and ride. We usually stay for the day but
have been known to sleep in the trailer.
We took up diving and cruising the past few
years. We love it.  We’ve visited several world-
class dive spots and hope to see many more.
Our new passion resulted in rekindling a
relationship with an old friend and classmate,
Jim McCarver.  Unfortunately, Jim passed away
before we drug him along for a salt water
experience.   Our favorite spot, so far, is
Cozumel because of the drift diving… I’m lazy
We live on a place we call the “Rockin’ L
Ranch”.  The list of animals reads something
like a Noah’s Ark passenger manifest.  Suffice it
to say, we house enough horses and cows to go
around for a non-farming family!  Wanna buy a
cow?
