ROSALEZ
Irene Bernal Rosalez, 51 of Mangum, Oklahoma was born in Alliance, Nebraska on June 24, 1966. She passed from this life on Friday March 23, 2018. She is a graduate of Mangum High School. She specialized in cooking, nurturing and loving people until they loved themselves. She was very active in the community with several churches and youth groups. Her home church was Church of New Beginnings. Irene’s love for the Lord was evident to everyone who knew her. She loved spending time with family and friends, especially her three loving grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Felipe E. Bernal and mother Lorenza Rodriguez Bernal, brother, Raymond Bernal and nephew Billy Ray Bernal. Irene is survived by her loving husband of over 30 years, Danny Rosalez and their children: Alex and Kristina. Her grandchildren: Elijah, Daniel, Avlyn Bernal, and Charlie Bernal (Mark and Veronica) of Wichita Falls, TX. , Fred R. Bernal of Mangum, Ok, Lorenza Garcia (Amado and Amada) of Lindsey, Ok. Phillis Rangel (Albert, Danny, and Patricia) of Yukon, Ok. Phillip Bernal and wife, Melissa(Nathaniel and Veronica) of Bayou Chicot, La., Tony Bernal and wife Joyce (Cherra) of Sapulpa, Ok. Frances Blood and husband Roger (Tiffany, Elizabeth and Emma) of Turkey Creek, La.
The family will greet friends at visitation from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Monday, March 26, 2018 at Greer Funeral Home in Mangum.
Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m., Monday, March 27,2 018 at the Living Waters First United Pentecostal Church in Mangum. Interment will follow at Roselawn Cemetery in Mangum under the direction of Greer Funeral Home, Mangum.
