that are FREE and we consider it a privilege to make your life a
little more comfortable at a very difficult time. Some families take
advantage of all these services, some choose what is appropriate for

Memory Boards
Memory boards  have become a popular way to personalize a funeral service.  At the time
of arrangements, we offer families the use of memory boards of which they can decorate
and display special photos unique to their loved one at the visitation and funeral service.

Archives
One of our most popular services is our Archives. We are one of the oldest firms in
Oklahoma and our records go back into the late 1800's. Many families doing genealogical
research on their families come to Lowell-Tims Funeral Home to look and see if there is a
record of their ancestors. Some families will spend hours in our archive room looking and
researching records.This is a service that few funeral homes can offer and one that we are
extremely proud of. Lowell-Tims Funeral Home has taken care of Jackson County since
1898( well before statehood) and we welcome you to come by and spend some time
researching your ancestors. We also have a copier available at no charge to make copies.
In Southwest Oklahoma it can get hot. We provide ice-cold water at our gravesides for
your friends and family. This is another free item that you won't need to discuss with your
funeral director.
Laminated Obituarys
All of our Families receive a Beautiful Laminated Obituary. You won't need to ask about
this free item.
Celebration of Life Video
A Celebration of life video  is a tasteful and wonderful way to add new meaning to the
funeral service or memorial service. This 10 minute video tape is a tribute to a life carefully
prepared from pictures of the deceased. All you have to do is bring in 15 to 45 pictures of
your loved one. Most people put them in chronological order from the earliest pictures to
the newest pictures.Bring in pictures of hobbies, Christmas, family, grandkids, any pictures
that you think represent your loved ones life-style. You will find this video to be a treasure
for generations to come. DVD copies are now available also.
Another Free service from Lowell-Tims. We will take a picture and replicate an oil
painting. Many families don't have enough formal pictures of the deceased and this is the
perfect item for them. We put the memory portrait in a beautiful frame and place it next
to the casket.or on the memory table. If you have decided on a cremation then the
memory portrait will be in-valuable to you and your family and will help keep your loved
one's memory alive during and after the services..
Audio Recording of Service
All you need to do is ask your funeral director if we can make a cassette recording of the
service. Copies are available also. This service is only available in our chapel.
Video Recording of Service
Once again, ask your funeral director about this service. We will happily video tape the
service for you at no charge. This service is only available in our chapel
House Cleaning Services
Somtimes death comes unexpectably or you have been in the hospital for months taking
care of your loved one. Housework was probably the least of your worries, we
understand this at Lowell-Tims Funeral Home. We will come over to your home and pick
up, vacum, do the dishes and help get your home in order. You will probably have many
visitors and family coming and we don't want you to worry yourself about housework. We
do ask that you are in the home while our staff is cleaning. Ask your funeral director about
this FREE service.
Yard Service
Like our house cleaning service we understand the pressure you have been under. We will
happily come by and mow your front yard for you. We know you want your home to be
presentable and we want to help you do just that. Visit with your funeral director about this
FREE service.
