Obituary for Albert Lee Waller
Funeral services have been set for Mr. Albert L. Waller, Jackson County resident. Mr. Waller died in a Clinton Hospital Monday after a lingering illness. Born May 22, 1897 at Crockett, Texas, he later came to Oklahoma residing in the Shawnee area and later in the Jackson County area being active in cattle and stock trading. He was married to Edna Mae Miller, 1944 in Wellington, Texas.
Survivors include: his wife of the home; four sons, Albert Gene, Robert Lee, Grady Ray and Billy Don of Altus; three daughters, Dorthy Templeton of Houston, Texas, Ada Ruth Zumwalt of Crockett, Texas and Mrs. Myrtle Lee Allen of Altus; a brother, Jesse Waller of Rosharon, Texas; 12 grandchildren.
Preceding him in death was two sisters, Mrs. Ida Mae Craig and Mrs. Bessie Mills.
Services have been scheduled for Wednesday, October 30, 1968, 23:30 P.M., at the Tabernacle Baptist Church, officiated by the Rev. Hoyett Lemon. Burial will be in the Altus City Cemetery under direction of Lowell Funeral Home.
