Obituary for Alice Gayle Nichols
Alice Gayle Nichols was born May 6, 1933 at Altus, Oklahoma. She was the daughter of Jess and Verda Walker. She died May 6, 1992 at the Jackson County Memorial Hospital. She married Charles Nichols June 25, 1949 in Altus, OK. She was a life long resident of Altus and Jackson County. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Altus.
Services are scheduled for 2 P.M., Friday, May 8, 1992 at the First Baptist Church with the Rev. Keith Wiginton officiating. Interment will be in the Altus City Cemetery under the direction of Lowell Tims Funeral Home.
Survivors include: her husband, Charles of the home in Altus; three children, Mike Nichols of Gracemont, OK, Melinda King and Mark Nichols, both of Altus, Oklahoma; 10 grandchildren, Brian, Kenda, Mickey, Dustan, Brandon, Bradley, Brett, Reid, Kristin and Morgan.
She was preceded in death by: her parents; a brother, James Marion Walker.
