Alice Margaret Beaty Fox was called home Thursday, July 5, 2007, by her Lord and Savoir, Jesus Christ. She was born June 10, 1922 at Hollis, Ok. to Claude C and Bertie R. (Gaddis) Beaty. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in by 2 sisters Jay and Geneva Swaffar, and 2 brothers, John A. and James W. Beaty. She has one surviving sister, Lois Kirby of Lampasses, Tx.
Alice married Arlist Fox on March 9, 1958 and they were the proud parents of Donna Sue and Bert Lynn. She spent her life serving others in cafes, at church, in others; homes, and especially in her own home. Her love for children was apparent in the 23 years she spent as a toddler Sunday
school teacher at Altus First Baptist Church. In addition to raising her own children, she spent summers raising numerous nieces and nephews.
Alice is survived by Bert and Judy fox and Travis and Donna Fox Galloway, along with 4 grandchildren, 1 grandson, and 3 great-grandchildren.
