Graveside services for Amber Dawn Short are scheduled for July 7, 1966 at 2:00pm at the Altus Cemetery in Altus, officiated by Don Cockburn. Arrangements are under the direction of Tims Funeral Home.

Amber Dawn Short is survived by her parents, James and Marilyn Short of Altus, Oklahoma; one sister Lori Lynn of the home, one brother Ronald, of the home, paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Martin L. Short, Anderson, Indiana; Maternal grandmother, Mrs. Beth Peyton.
