Obituary for Anna Jo Leese
Anna Jo Leese, age 87, long time resident of Eldorado, passed away Wednesday, December 23rd, 1987, at a Wichita Falls Nursing Home.
Services have been set for Thursday afternoon at 3:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church of Eldorado. Burial will be in the Eldorado Cemetery under the direction of Lowell Funeral Home.
Born May 26th, 1900 at McKinney, Texas, Mrs. Leese was the daughter of Jay and Emma Day.
She married Clyde D. "Bill" Leese May 22, 1920 in Eldorado. Mr. Leese preceded her in death in 1975.
Survivors include: one son, J. T. Leese of Eldorado; one daughter, Hazel Shelton of Arlington, TX; three sisters, Mary Stallings of San Fernando, CA, Bertha Quick of Bryan, TX and Ethel Baker of Norwalk, CA; two grandchildren, Linda Bynum and Janie Presley; two great-grandchildren, Brandy and Jennifer Presley.
