Obituary for Bennie McAlister
Bennie McAlister, age 67, died April 19th, 1994 at the Jackson County Memorial Hospital. Bennie was born February 26th, 1927 in Tuskahoma, Oklahoma to Mack and Lou Della (Johnson) McAlister. He married Allie Mae Eddington in 1954 in Childress, TX. Bennie was a member of the Southside Baptist Church.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 2 P.M. Friday at the Southside Baptist Church with Rev. Parker officiating. Burial will follow in the Altus City Cemetery under the direction of Lowell Tims Funeral Home.

Survivors include: his wife, Allie Mae McAlister of the home; two children, Vernon McAlister and wife Versa of Lone Wolf, OK and LeWarren McAlister of McAlester, OK; one sister, Tempie James of Tuskahoma, OK; five grandchildren, Kimberly, Vernon, Jr., Vivian, Vickie, Ronnie; 10 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
