Bertrom Earle Cole age 82 of Altus, Oklahoma died in Memorial Hospital June 9, 1965. He was born May 17, 1883 to C.W. and Elize Cole in Spring Place, Georgia. He married Hattie Talley November 17, 1903, He had been a resident of Jackson County since 1889.
Funeral services for Bertrom Earle Cole are scheduled for 10:00 am June 11, 1965 in the Tims Chapel with Rev. Troy Clemons and Don English officiating. Burial will follow in the Altus cemetery under the direction of Tims Funeral Home.
Bertrom Earle Cole is survived by his wife Hattie of the home in Altus, three sons, Adam Cole, Crowder port, Pennesylvinia; E.W. Cole, Altus, Oklahoma; Bert Cole, Altus, Oklahoma; three daughters, Mrs. Jay Fremigalli, New York; Mrs. Jim Whitehorn, Spinnett, Texas; Mrs. Merle Ashley, Ft. Worth, Texas; nineteen grandchildren, one brother Guy Cole, Altus, Oklahoma; three sisters, Miss Maude Cole, Altus, Oklahoma; Mrs. W.J. Bert, Wichita Falls, Texas; Mrs A..B. Gosselin, Lawton, Oklahoma.
