Obituary for Billy Ray Hair
Billy Ray Hair, age 81 of Blair, Oklahoma, passed away Sunday, November 7, 2021 at his home in Blair.
Billy Ray Hair's services will be held Saturday November 20, 2021 at
11:00 am at the Fairmount Cemetery in Hollis, OK. It will be a grave
side service with Pastor Tyler McDowell officiating.
Bill was born on September 24, 1940 in Oklahoma City, OK. On December 13, 1991 Bill married Christi Lynn Lemons and they have enjoyed over twenty-nine years of marriage together. He was a self-employed accountant where he owned and operated Hair Accounting and Tax Service for many years. He loved all his clients throughout his years of service and treated them as family. He was a member of Blair First Baptist Church.
Bill enjoyed skiing, horseback riding, hunting, fishing, camping, spending time with family, being a husband and a dad, trips to the lake, trips to the Colorado Rocky Mountains, being out at the farm, and entertaining and hosting family get-togethers. Bill loved his family most of all and he will be missed by many.
Bill is survived by his wife Christi Hair of their home in Blair; one brother Jon Bart Rollins of Hollis, OK; three daughters Sherri Powell and husband Kyle of Okmulgee, OK, Cassandra Hart and Perry Welch of Pawnee, OK, and Kodi Hair and Brandon Franco of Moore, OK; nine grandchildren; four great grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews, other family members, and many beloved friends.
Bill is preceded in death by both parents; three brothers; three sisters; and one daughter Kimberly Lane Dennis.
In lieu of sending flowers the family of Billy Ray Hair is asking that all donations be given to the American Cancer Society.
Arrangements are under the direction of Lowell-Tims Funeral Home and Crematory, Altus, Oklahoma.
