Obituary for Bobby Joe Mendiola
Bobby Joe Mendiola, age fifty- five, resident of Altus, Oklahoma and former resident of Clinton Missouri passed into the loving arms of Jesus June 15, 2023, at his home in Altus, Oklahoma.
Bobby was born August 13, 1967, to Jesse Mendiola and Dora Howell. During his younger years he was raised in Altus, Oklahoma. He later moved to Clinton, Missouri during most of his adult years to later return to Altus, Oklahoma to be with his family. Bobby was an incredible hard-working man who worked in construction, landscaping, tree services, but his primary vocation and what he enjoyed the most was brick laying.
Bobby was raised in the Assembly of God Church. He enjoyed fishing, cooking, camping, and just generally being outdoors and in nature. But the thing that meant most to Bobby was his family, he loved his children, and his siblings with all his heart and soul. He was always giving, even when he didn't have anything to give, he was always compassionate. Bobby had a magnetic personality and attracted people with his whit and charm. He loved to make people laugh at jokes and always had a magic trick up his sleeve.
He was received in heaven by his loving mother, Dora Howell, and his father Jesse Mendiola.
Left to Honor Bobby's memory are his sons, Bobby Joe Mendiola, Jr., Seth Meads, Dillon Meads; Brother James and wife Chasity Howell; sisters, Shelly and husband Jose Arce, Clarissa and Malcom Dash, one granddaughter, Maddie Meads; ten nieces and nephews; twelve great nieces and nephews, one great-great niece, numerous cousins and other extended family members.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Lowell - Tims Funeral Home and Crematory, Altus, Oklahoma.
