Bradley D. Schmidt, age 37, passed away on November 13, 2022, in Hollis, Oklahoma. Brad was born on May 24, 1985, in Hollis. Brad graduated high school from Sperry, Oklahoma in 2004. He attended Tulsa Community College and received his radiology technology certification in 2013. He enjoyed his work in the medical field. He loved caring for others, especially his mom after her stroke and his great-grandpa, Dale Taylor, staying with him every night to help the family take care of him.
Brad was known for his wit, his joy of life, his cute smile, his love of being with friends, his intelligence, and his ability to fix anything. He was the go-to guy if something was broken, and you needed it repaired. His hobbies included drawing, painting, playing guitar, and fixing up old houses. He loved his children, his mom, his brothers, and all his friends.
He was preceded in death by his Dad, Kevin Smith, Sr., Grandparents, Leon and Arlie Cole, Shirley Smith; and great - grandparents, Dale and Jean Taylor; Uncles, Dale Strickland, and Carl Smith.
Brad is survived by his mother, Lana Cole; his three children, Brooklynn, Bayleigh, and Boston Schmidt; his brothers, Blake and wife Krista Schmidt and Kevin Smith Jr.; nieces , Karrigan and Kiryn Schmidt; his grandmothers, Linda Taylor Hines, Juanita Cole, Shirley Smith; uncles, Lyndell and wife Sheila Cole, Johnnie Smith, Lance Cole; his aunts, Lisha Strickland, Robin Smith, Lesly Nix, Lori Clark, Kathy Dennis, Kim Williams; great uncle, Larry and Marti Taylor; and many other family and friends.
Memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 18, 2022, at Harmon County Funeral Home, Hollis, Oklahoma.
