Burley Neil Roe passed away November 25th, 1982 at Jackson County Memorial Hospital in Altus, Oklahoma. He was born May 10th, 1914 in Headrick, Oklahoma to Jacob Coffee Roe and Lula Belle Neil Roe.

Burley was married to Claudia Lee Robertson in Altus in 1932. They were members of the First Christian Church, served in the United States Air Force during WW11, a mechanic at the Ford Garage for over 40 years, a member of the American Legion and a life long resident of Jackson County.

Mr. Roe is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife Claudia Roe of Altus, Oklahoma, one son, Neil Roe of Martha, Oklahoma and one sister Mrs. Roy Ferris of Clarendon, Texas. Also surviving are five grandchildren.

Services for Burley Neil Roe are scheduled for 2:00 P.M., Saturday, November 27th, 1982 at the Tims Chapel of Memories with Rev. Laverne Draper officiating. Interment will follow at Roselawn Cemetery under the direction of Tims Funeral Home.
