Byrtle A. Rowe passed away March 27, 1969. She was born August 1st, 1898 in Coryell County, Texas to Emmitt A. and Eesta Watts Kirk. Services for Mrs. Rowe are scheduled for Sunday, March 30, l969 at 2:30 P.M. at the Methodist Church in Blair, Oklahoma. Rev. Howard Williams ad Rev. John Kirby will officiate Burial will follow at the Martha Cemetery under the direction of Tims Funeral Home.

Byrtle A. Rowe is survived by her husband Otis N. Roe, one son: Gerald Rowe of Fort Smith, Arkansas, two brothers Aubrey Kirk of Blair, Oklahoma and Vernie Kirk of Bolder, Colorado: one sister, Lula Ethel Bartley of McAllen, Texas. Also several nieces and nephews.
