Obituary for Carole Anne Carter
Carole Anne Carter was born May 31, 1954 in San Antonio, Texas. She was the daughter of the late Donald and Mabel (Kester) Burke. She died December 15, 2003 at the Jackson /county Memorial Hospital. Carole graduated from High School in Rantoal, Illinois in 1972. She married Kenneth Carter, June 19, 1972 in Morris, Oklahoma. Carole loved animals, music, gardening, cooking holiday meals, and her family.
Carole is survived by her husband of the home Kenneth Carter; one daughter Jeanne Herring and Judd of Altus, Oklahoma; two sons Donald Carter and Jennifer of Lawton, Oklahoma; Kenneth Carter Jr. and Leslie of Kinley, North Carolina; twin sister Janice Houtz and Gary of Rapid City, South Dak.; seven grandchildren; one granddog, and a host of loving pets and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Services for Carole Anne Carter are scheduled for 2 pm Thursday, December 18, 2003 at the Lowell-Tims Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Marty Barnes officiating. Interment will follow at the Altus Cemetery under the direction of Lowell-Tims Funeral Home.
The family of Carole Anne Carter will greet friends, Wednesday, December 17, 2003 at the Lowell-Tims Funeral Home from 6-8pm.
