Carrie Ann Morris, age 88, of Altus, Oklahoma died February 19, 1982 at Jackson County Memorial Hospital, in Altus.
Carrie was born March 28, 1893 in Haskell County, Texas to Jim Hester. She was a member of Elm and Hudson Church of Christ and had been a resident of Altus since 1917. Her husband her in death in 1964.
Funeral services for Carrie Ann Morris are scheduled for Sunday, February 21, 1982 at 2 pm at the Elm & Hudson Church of Christ, Altus, officiated by Bill Osborne. Burial will follow in the Victory Cemetery under the direction of Tims Funeral Home.
Carrie is survived by four sons, Harley Morris, Altus, Oklahoma; Homer Morris, LeMesa, Texas; Hubert Morris, Dallas ,Texas; Hartsell Morris, Altus, Oklahoma; four daughters, Helen McClure, Altus, Oklahoma; Henrietta Houck, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Hoylene White, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Hildard Wienke, Orlando, Florida; twenty one grandchildren, thirty great grandchilren; one brother Lewis Hester, Rochester, Texas one sister, Irma russell, Haskell, Texas; four children preceded her in death
