Catalin Mendoza, 77, of Altus died Sunday, August 22, 1993 in her home. She was born August 26, 191 in Chihuahu, Mexico. She moved to the Altus area in 1972. She was a member of the Spanish Assembly of God Church.

Services have been set for 2:00pm Wednesday, August 25, 1993 at the Spanish Assembly of God Church with the Rev. Liamdro Gallegos and Rev. Jose Moreno officiating. Burial will be in the Altus City Cemetery under the direction of Lowell-Tims funeral Home. Mrs. Mendoza will be laying in state at the Spanish Assembly of God Church located at 805 North Blain.

Mrs. Mendoza is survived by her daughter, Luz Moreno and Jose of Altus, Oklahoma; sisters Tomasa Corral of Chihuaha, Mexico; Marcelina Marquez or Chihuaha, Mexico; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by parents, husband Vincent Mendoza in 1938 and one son.
