Obituary for Charles Dean Johnson
Charles Dean Johnson, 34, passed away Tuesday, March 14, 1995, at Augsburg, Germany following a short illness. Charles was born December 15, 1960, in Altus, Oklahoma to Milton C. and Tessie M. Johnson. He lived and attended school in Altus until he was 12 years old. Charles then moved to Lawton where he graduated from Lawton High School in 1980.
On April 11, 1983, Charles and Christine Butler were united in marriage at Lawton, Oklahoma. In 1986, they moved to Ft. Monmouth, New Jersey. they later moved to Munich, Germany, where they lived to the present time.
Charles was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs Earnest Goodlow; and his paternal grandfather, Marvin Johnson.
He is survived by his wife, Christine of Korea; his mother, Tessie Goodlow Johnson of Lawton; his father and step-mother, Milton C. and Carolyn Johnson, Sr. of Altus; one brother, Milton C. Johnson Jr. of Overland Park, Kansas; two sisters, Arlilia A. White of Dallas, Texas and Sonya M. Johnson of Lawton; a sister-in-law, Bennie M. Johnson of Marlin, Texas one niece, LaKiesha L. Johnson of Marlin, Texas; two nephews, Heath L. Johnson and Cassius L. Johnson both of Marlin, Texas and a host of other family and friends.
