Charles N. Baker age 73 of Olustee, Oklahoma died May 29, 1967 in Memorial Hospital due to a gun shot wound. He was born May 4, 1894 in Mountain View, Oklahoma. He had been a resident of southwest Oklahoma for the past 5 years. He move here from Amarillo, Texas where he had resided for many years. He was a veteran of World War I.

Funeral services for Charles N. Baker are scheduled for 2:00pm Tuesday, May 30, 1967 in Tims Chapel, Altus, officiated by Rev. Howard Roberts. Burial will follow in the Olustee Cemetery under the direction of Tims Funeral Home.

Charles N. Baker is survived by his wife, Zelda of the home in Olustee; one sister, Mrs. Dorothy Anderson, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; one nephew, Bob Anderson, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
