Cleo Milligan, 83, long time resident of Jackson County Died Tuesday March 26, 1991 at the Jackson County Memorial Hospital. Funeral services are scheduled for Thursday March 28, 1991 at 2;00 p. m. at the Lowell Tims Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Blair Cemetery under the direction of Lowell Tims Funeral Home.
Mrs. Milligan was born September 18, 1901at Carmel, Oklahoma and was the daughter of Jasper and Ethel Morrison. She married W. A. (Bill) Milligan September 12, 1925 at Altus. Cleo was baptised May 2, 1936 into the Assembly of God Church at Blair, Oklahoma.
Cleo was preceded in death her Parents and by husband Bill Milligan on February 12, 1989 and brothers Ernest and Earl Morrison.. She is survived by her children, H. D. Milligan of Altus, Oklahoma, Billy Ray Milligan of Pampa, Texas, Onzel Ray Milligan of Edna, Texas, Aline Preacher of Odessa, Texas and Oleta Beck of Mt. View, Oklahoma. One Sister Bernice Huckeba of Odessa, Texas, Six Grandchildren and Four Great Grandchildren.
