He had been a resident of Jackson County nearly his entire life. He married Beatrice Lee Robnet
December 31, 1942 in Altus. He was a member of the Elm & Hudson Church of Christ. He was a retired Contractor with Thomason & Sons Construction.
Survivors include: one son, Robert Thomason of Reno, NV; two daughters, Tonya Walker and Donna Rotan of Altus, OK; four grandchildren, Kellie Rotan, David Walker, Brandon Walker and Erika Lynne Thomason; four brothers, Orville Thomason of Hanford, CA, Odis Thomason and Robert Thomason, Jr., of Visalia, CA; Billy Paul Thomason of Jacksonville, FL; one sister, Geneva Neher of Ozark, AL; one aunt, Daisy Kelley of Altus, OK.
Services are scheduled for 2 P.M. Saturday, February 24, 1990 at the Tims Chapel of Memories with Bill Osborne officiating. Interment will be in the Victory Cemetery under the direction of Tims Funeral Home.
