Obituary for Cora Pearl Henderson
Mrs. Cora Pearl Henderson, age 86, died Monday morning at Jackson County Memorial Hospital.
She had been in failing health at Park Lane Nursing Home some length of time.

Funeral services have been set for 2:00 P.M., Wednesday at Lowell Memorial Chapel, officiated by the Reverend Hoyett Lemmon. Burial will be in the Altus City Cemetery under the direction of Lowell Funeral Home.

Born November 16th, 1891 in Polk County, Missouri, she was married at Enid, OK in 1910 to the late Elbert Henderson who died in 1960. She was a member of the Tabernacle Baptist Church. She had lived in Altus until 1943 moving to Enid and returned to Altus in 1968.

Survivors include: one son, Carroll Henderson of Garland, TX; five daughters, Mrs. Opal Burnett of Rush Springs, OK, Mrs. Leona Ray of Hominy, OK, Mrs. Zelma Hunt of Sapulpa, OK, Mrs. Doris Wallace of Oklahoma City, OK and Mrs. LaDeana Hinkle of Altus; 24 grandchildren; 49 great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren.
