Daniel Artie Weddle, age 76, passed away at Baptist Hospital, Oklahoma City, Monday, October 19th, 1987, morning.
Funeral Services have been set for 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, October 21, 1987, at the Eldorado First Baptist Church, officiated by The Rev. Don Ladner assisted by The Rev. Kenneth Coleman. Burial will be in the Eldorado Cemetery under the direction of Lowell Funeral Home.
Born September 19th, 1911 in the Eldorado community, the son of J.C. and Jennie Weddle. He married Connie Nichols July 15, 1930 at Eldorado. After her death he married Ethel Neely, April 18, 1977 and she preceded him in death in 1984.
He farmed in the Eldorado community until his retirement. He was a member of Texas and Oklahoma Wolf Hunters Association.
Survivors include: one son, Jimmy Weddle; two step-sons, Gerald Neely of Eldorado and Jennie Mae Clonts of Eldorado; one brother, Ludie Weddle of Casa Grande, AZ; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one son, Donald Weddle preceded him in death.
