Danny Harold Campsey, age 62, of Detroit, Texas, passed away Saturday, February 28, 2015, in Bagwell, Texas.
Danny was born in Quanah, Texas on March 24, 1952, to James Harold Campsey and Eva Lois Smith. A 1970 graduate of Altus High School, Danny had been a Licensed Practical Nurse and Emergency Medical Technician for over thirty years.
Danny is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his daughter, Christen Wheeler and husband Richard; his son, James Campsey; four grandchildren, Arianna Campsey, Jaden Campsey, Marshall Wheeler and Mark Wheeler; a sister, Joy Whitlock and husband Mark; and aunt, Lurlene Campsey along with many other relatives and friends.
Graveside services for Danny Campsey will be at 2 p.m., Thursday, March 5, 2015, at the Goodlett Texas Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Lowell-Tims Funeral Home of Altus.
