Obituary for Darla Louise Antonsen
Darla Louise Antonsen, 60, Altus, passed away on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, at the Jackson County Memorial Hospital.

Darla Louise Antonsen was born on April 2, 1964, in Mangum, Oklahoma to Jimmy and Darlene (Bennight) Wilson. She grew up in Altus and graduated from Altus High School in 1982. Darla married Frank Antonsen in Altus in 1995. As a military spouse, she loved having the opportunity to travel the world. Darla spent her free time crafting and antiquing. Nothing gave her more joy than her family, and she was a devoted caretaker to her mother for the past 15 years.

She was preceded in death by her father.

Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Heather Foraker and husband, AJ; her mother, Darlene Wilson; a brother, Jimmy Wilson and wife, Sandra; her nieces and nephew, Katlin Hoover, Jimmy "Bubba" Wilson, and Amber Payne; and several great nieces and great nephews.

A private family memorial to celebrate Darla's life will be held at a later date. Local arrangements are under the care of the Lowell-Tims Funeral Home and Crematory.
