Obituary for Della Crentha Kinney
Mrs. Jess (Della) Kinney, age 72, long time resident of Altus, died Monday at South Community Hospital in Oklahoma City, following a lengthy illness.

Funeral services have been set for Thursday, 10:00 A.M. at Lowell Memorial Chapel, officiated by Bill Osborne. Burial will be in Altus City Cemetery under the direction of Lowell Funeral Home.

Born July 3, 1910 at Kemp, TX, she was married at Altus in 1926 to Jess Kinney who survives. For a number of years they owned and operated the Kinney Furniture Company on east Broadway. She was a member of the Elm & Hudson Church of Christ.

Additional survivors include: two sons, Don Kinney of Oklahoma City, OK and Bill Kinney of Omaha, NE; two brothers, Grady Hilliard of Altus and John D. Hilliard of Abilene, TX; one sister, Mrs. Clydie Whittenberg of Altus; four grandchildren.
