Docie Virginia Crossman


Docie Virginia Crossman was born July 16th, 1877 to Lee and Hasaltine (Moss) Killian in Hazel, North Carolina. She has been a resident of Altus since 1904. Docie passed away December 19th, 1965. She was preceded in death by her husband Walter N. Crossman and is survived by four sons, Farrel, Jim, Stanley and Walter and two daughters, Mrs. R. F. Penland and Mrs Bert Lewis. also four sisters, Ruby Adams, Maude Norwood, Bell Hyde and Lemn Killian and one brother, Paul Killian.

Services for Mrs Crossman are scheduled for Wednesday, Deceber 22, l965 at 2 p.m. at the Methodist Church. Burial will follow at the Restlawn Cemetery under the direction of Tims Funeral Home.
