Obituary for Dollie Odessa Cavener
Mrs. Dollie Odessa Cavener, age 83, long time resident of Eldorado, died Saturday morning at Jackson County Memorial Hospital.

Funeral services have been set for 2:30 P.M., Sunday afternoon at the Eldorado First Baptist Church, officiated by the Reverend Don Ladner. Burial will be in Eldorado Cemetery under direction of Lowell Funeral Home.

Born December 6th, 1895 at Alto, Texas, she came with her parents to Old Greer County in 1901 and settled in the McQueen community. She was married in Harmon County in 1920 to the late Lee Cavener who died in June 1970. She was a member of the Eldorado First Baptist Church.

Survivors include: one daughter, Mrs. Roy (Jolene) Richeson of Altus; one brother, Mr. John A. Richardson of Eldorado; three sisters, Mrs. Sallie Belle Harkins of Eldorado, Mrs. Amy Dobson of Levelland, TX and Mrs. Ruby Hill of Morton, Texas; five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Cavener will lie in state at Lowell-Richardson Funeral Chapel in Eldorado.
