Obituary for Domingo Salazar Villa
Domingo Villa, 82, resident of Mangum, Oklahoma, passed away on June 18, 2021, in Mangum. He grew up in Beeville, TX and later moved to Kress, TX. He is the son of Francisca Salazar and Alfonso Villa Sr. Domingo married Guadalupe Rivera on January 8, 1962, in Raymondville, Texas, and later had five children: One son and four daughters. Domingo worked as a farmer and beef packer until retirement in 1979. He then became an Evangelist from 1992-2007. Domingo’s hobbies included reading the bible, yard work, and preaching the gospel to others. He was a faithful member of the Evangelist Pentecostal.
Domingo is preceded in death by his parents; His wife, Guadalupe R. Villa.
Left to honor his memory is his son, Jerry Villa and wife Leticia; Four daughters, Margarita Thompson and husband Robert, Evita R. Villa, Adelita Villa and husband Ralph Davis and Maria Isabel Villa; One brother, Juan Villa and wife Mary; Two sisters, Lupe Villa and Margret James; Three grandchildren, Daniel Stennett, Sammy Thompson, and Alexander Lupe Villa; Two great-grandchildren, Destanie Bremby and Payten Jailan Thompson.
