Mrs. Baker passed away on Saturday, June 6th, 2015 in Altus.
Dorothy Charlotte Baker was born to George and Mary (McNeal) Edwards in Hidalgo County, New Mexico on November 9, 1931. She owned "Dottie's" restaurant in Trona, California. She married Odell Baker on July 21, 1975 in Las Vegas, Nevada and they made Altus their home. She enjoyed gardening, cooking RV'ing and spending time with her grandchildren. Dorothy was a member of First Baptist Church, Altus.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and 4 sisters.
Survivors include 6 children, Sheri Unruh of Fresno, CA, Sheila Haughton of Trona, CA, Chuck Baker and fiance Peggy Costin-Thorp of Lawton, OK, Lloyd Fickett and wife Lynn of Boulder, CO, Joy Fickett of Mountain Side, NJ and Bonnie and husband George Tabola of San Antonio, TX; 11 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren and many other relatives and friends
