Dorothy Irene Sifford
Dorothy Irene Sifford, age 91 of Seiling, Oklahoma and formerly of Eldorado, passed away Wednesday afternoon, September 28, 2006 at the Seiling Nursing Center.
Dorothy was born on May 21, 1915, at Ft. Cobb, Oklahoma to Jacob Bingham and Susie L. (King) Robnett. A member of the First United Methodist Church of Eldorado, Dorothy was retired from Civil Service, a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary, the Eldorado Lions Club and a member of of the Business and Professional Women's Club. Moving from Lawton to Eldorado in 2925, she married Stultz Holder on May 16, 1935, and he died on December 25,1954. On November 6, 1959, she married Robert "Buck" Sifford and they had forty five wonderful years together before his death in 2005.
Preceded in death by her parents and four brothers, Buford M. Robnett, Edward L. Robnett, Alfred Robnett and Alvie A. Robnett, Dorothy is survived by one daughter, Nelda Sue Fagan of Seiling; two grandsons and four great-grandchildren, Collin Fagan and wife Melissa, his son, Connor and step children, Jonathan Kronk and Victoria Coleman of Taft, Texas, and Brendan Fagan and wife Jenny and his son, Bradan of Elk City along with numerous nieces and nephews and their families and a host of other relatives and friends.
