Eliga Edomia Hill age 71, of Altus, Oklahoma died July 16, 1967 at Memorial Hospital in Altus.
Lige was born March 10, 1896 in Clearwater, Texas to Bill and Nedva Virginia (Sanders) Hill. he married Ethel Sniter December 23, 1923 in Madge, Oklahoma. Lige was a retired custdoian from the high school.
Services for Eliga Edomia Hill are scheduled for Tuesday, July 18, 1967 at 2:30 pm in the First Baptist Church, Hollis, Oklahoma officiated by Rev. Bill Walker, and Rev. Robert Cargil. Burial will follow in Hollis under the direction of Tims Funeral Home.
Lige is survived by his wife Ethel of the home, four daughters, Mrs. Viola Bass, Midwest City, Oklahoma; Juanita Cummins, Altus, Oklahoma; Oleta Penington, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Lillie Mae Smith, Iowa Park, Texas; seven grandchildren, two sisters, Mrs. Nellie Cook, Winnsboro, Texas, Mrs. Mary Suiter, Ira, Texas, one brother, W. E. Hill, Cresent. Oklahoma.
