Elma Shively, age 83, died Sunday, December 25th, 1994 in the Jackson County Memorial Hospital. She was born December 7th, 1911 in Spearville, Kansas to Roy and Minnie (Shelley) Wood.
She married Wayne Shively December 27, 1931 in Holly Co. and he preceded her in death June 25, 1990. They moved to Altus from Wichita, KS in 1979. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church.
Mrs. Shively was preceded in death by: her parents; her husband, Wayne; and a brother, Maynard Wood.
She is survived by two children and their spouses, Verna and Jerry Taylor of Altus, Oklahoma and Jon and Donna Shively of Ogden, Utah; one sister, Verna Wood of Altus, Oklahoma; four grandchildren, Deborah Swain, Steven Babb, Jon Eric and Elizabeth Shively; and by four great- grandchildren, Jill and Bryan Urie and Ashley Swain and Eric Babb.
