Emily Norris age 55, of Altus, Oklahoma died May 3, 1966 at Memorial Hospital in Altus. She was born December 31, 1910 in Mansfield, Texas to Edward and Emma (Smith) Norris. Emily had resided in Altus for the past 20 years, moving to Altus from Hollis, Oklahoma. She was a retired/laborer.

Funeral services for Emily Norris are scheduled for May 4, 1966 in Tims Chapel at 2:00pm officiated by Rev. Carl Blackburn. Burial will follow in the Blair Cemetery under the direction of Tims Funeral Home.

Emily Norris is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Jesse Sumrall, Altus, Oklahoma; Mrs. Florence Murray, Corsieana, Texas; two brothers, Ceil Dale Norris, Waco, Texas; Ollie E. Norris, Kansas City, Missouri.
