Erma Jean Weaver, age 41, of Altus died Sunday morning at the Jackson County Memorial Hospital following a lengthy illness. services are pending with the Freedom Funeral Chapel.
weaver was born April 9, 1949 at Hollis. Oklahoma. She was the daughter of Robert and Doris Weaver. She attended Lincoln High School in Altus and was baptized at an early age at the New Hope Baptist Church. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her mother, Doris Hayes of Altus; her father, Robert Weaver of Altus; one daughter, Linda Denise Shelly of Altus; four grandchildren Adrian Weaver, Mark Shelly, Shawn Shelly and Aerial Shelly all of Altus; four sisters, Dorthy Jackson of Norman, Oklahoma; Wanda weaver of Lubbock, Texas; Sandra Weaver, and Paula Kennedy of Central Islit, New York; three brothers, Leon Weaver of San Diego, California; Robert Epperson of Altus, David Lee Weaver of Ft. Worth, Texas; seven aunts, Essie Booker and Alma Lane of Paris, Texas Eloyce Bradley, Bobbie Taylor, and Nina West of Altus; Billie Hardy and Velma Rogers of Pasadena, California; four uncles, Rev. Theron Booker of Altus, Walter Booker of San Antonio, Texas; John Weaver of Pampa, Texas; and Charles Weaver of Vernon, Texas; a number of nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
