Enos Ed "Shorty" Watson


Enos Ed "Shorty" Watson, 69, of Olustee died at the Willow Ridge Nursing Home in Lawton Thursday night. Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday at 2:00 PM in the Lowell-Tims funeral Home Chapel officiated by Bill Osborne. Burial will be in the Olustee Cemetery under the direction of Lowell-Tims Funeral Home.

Watson was born August 3, 1921 in Olustee and was the son of G.R. and Martha Watson. He was a lifelong resident of Olustee and worked for many years at Brown's Service Station along with farming. He was a member of the Church of Christ.

Survivors include three brothers, Coy Watson of Lawton, Oklahoma; Lloyd Watson of Olustee; and Willard Watson of Phoenix, Arizona; two sisters, Tommie Baggett of Olustee and Lela Irwin of Dallas, Texas.

The family will receive friends in the Lowell-Tims Funeral Home Fellowship Hall Saturday from 1:00pm until service time.
