Mrs. Estrada passed away on Thursday, September 10, 2015 at her home.
Esperanza "Hope" Estrada was born to Felix and Nicolasa (Hernandez) Flores in Sweetwater, Texas on December 18, 1937.She married Lupe Torres in 1953 and he passed away in 1969. Hope later married Nestor Estrada on February 2, 1994 in Vernon, Texas and they made their home in Altus. She was a housekeeper for English Village for many years. She was a member of the Prince of Peace Catholic Church, Altus, OK. She was a Homemaker that enjoyed cooking and cleaning for her family, playing bingo, going to the casino spending time with her family and her dog "Chico".
She was preceded in death by her first husband, parents a son, Raymond Torres and three brothers, Frank Flores, Raymond Flores and Manuel Flores.
Survivors include her husband, Nestor Estrada of the home; six sons, Joe Torres and wife Brenda of Altus, Lupe Torres Jr. of Altus, Danny Torres of Altus, Roger Torres and wife Vicky of Lubbock, Texas, Mike Torres and wife Racheal of Altus and Preston Flores and wife Amanda of Ft. Worth; six siblings, Margarita Flores of Altus, Steve Flores of Aurora, Colorado, Felix Flores Jr. of San Angelo, TX, Janie Rebilla of Altus, Maria Garza of Denton, TX and Paula Ledesma of Elsa, TX; 16 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; 2 special caregivers, Sharon and Crystal and many other relatives and friends.
