Eula Ann Phelps was born on October 11, 1907 at Sleeper, Missouri to Emmett and Mary Ann Campbell Arnold. She died on February 9th, 1990 at the Midwest City Memorial Hospital. She was a Homemaker and belonged to the Church of the Nazarene in Snyder, Oklahoma.

Survivors include: five sons, LeRoy Phelps, William C. Phelps and Jimmy Wayne Phelps all of Oklahoma City, OK, J.R. Phelps of Tucumcari, NM, and John Phelps of Choctaw, OK; three daughters, Nora Mae Phelps of Mangum, OK, Arleta Manic of Piedmont, OK and Mary Jo Priest of Altus, Oklahoma; 30 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by: two sons, Richard and Oran Phelps.
