Foy W. Terry, age 52, passed away at Jackson County Memorial Hospital on October 20, 1983.He was born on August 28, 1931 to George and Forrest White. He married L.D. Terry in Altus on July 10, 1948. Foy and L.D. were members of Southside Baptist Church. Foy was a dietician at Jackson County Memorial Hospital.
Survivors include husband L.D., of the home in Altus; two sons, Ricky Lynn, Craig, Colorado, and Duane of Warren, Oklahoma; two daughters Lila Karren, Vernal, Utah, and Bonnie Jackson of Germany; 10 great grand children; one brother R.L. Hughes, California; 1 1/2 brother, Arthur Lindsay, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; 2 sisters, Wynola Little, Altus, and Ruby Atkins, Lincoln, Nebraska.
Services are scheduled for Sunday, October, 23,1983 at Southside Baptist Church at 2 PM.
Burial will follow at Altus Cemetery under the direction of Tims Chapel of Memories in Altus
