Obituary for Foy Uvon Robertson
Foy Uvon Robertson was born June 25, 1921 at Savannah, OK. He died August 30th, 1996 at the Tulsa Regional Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. He was the son of the late Charles Joseph and Floyce M. Robertson. Foy served in England. He became one of Jehovah's Witnesses in 1955. He worked for Safeway over 26 years before he retired. He married Iva Howell August 22, 1981 in Tulsa, OK.
Services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Tuesday, September 3, 1996 at the Lowell Tims Funeral Home Chapel with Michael Waller officiating. Interment will be in the Altus City Cemetery under the direction of Lowell Tims Funeral Home.
Survivors include: his wife, Iva of Coweta, Oklahoma; one son, Aubrey Gale Robertson of Virginia; one brother, Fred Robertson of Altus, OK; three sisters, Agnes Mason of Myrtle Beach, SC, Goldie Bennett of Altus, OK and Juanita Talbot, also of Altus, OK; four grandchildren, Shandy Robertson, Jaimie Robertson, Jonathan Robertson and Amanda Robertson; one great-grandchild, Breanna Robertson.
He was preceded in death by: his parents; wife, Christine Robertson and four brothers.
