Mr. Francis Lee Baker


Francis Lee Baker passed away Friday, January 14th, 1966 in St. Johns Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Lee was born February 12th, 1893 to Brock and Gertrude (Simpson) Baker in Oklaunion, Texas. Lee married Nona B. Chisum June 21, 1918 in Altus, Oklahoma. He served his country during World War 1 and was a retired Carpenter.

Mr. Baker is survived by his wife Nona of the home in Altus, Oklahoma, two daughters, Moorvesee Prather and Noryleen Wood, Seven Grandchildren and one Great Grandchild. Also two sisters, Mrs Paul Boyd and Mrs Lou Wiginton and three brothers, Joe Baker, Earl Baker and Jess Baker.

Services for Francis Lee Baker Are scheduled for 2:30 p.m. Monday, January 27, 1966 at the First Baptist Church in Altus, Oklahoma with Rev. Lee Bowles and Jack Parker officiating. Inernment will follow in the Restlawn Cemetery with Tims Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
