Frankie D. Lane, 51, passed away on Sunday, March 21st, 1993 at the Jackson County Memorial Hospital in Altus,Oklahoma. Frankie was born February 24th, 1942 in Brawley, California to Frank and Beulah Rennels Lane. Frank moved to this area since 1954, moving here from Hammond, Oklahoma. He graduated from Southside School and was a truck driver, driving for Republic Gypsum for eight years. He worked for Rod's Oil Co and owned and operated Lanes APCO for 2 years.
Frank and his wife Leona (Lee) were married March 32, 1961 in Elk City, Oklahoma. He is survived by wife Lee, two sons, Don Lane and wife Marty of Altus, Oklahoma and John Lane of Yuba City California. Also survived by one Brother, Robert (Bob) Lane of Blair, Oklahoma , and 4 sisters, Wanda Marie Litchford (James) of Miner4al Springs, Arkansas, Melba Jean Alward (Bud) of Amarillo, Texas, Delores Kay Glenn (Wayne) and Linda Jean Huddelston (Don) both of Altus, Oklahoma.
Funeral Services are scheduled for Wednesday, March 24, 1993 at 10;00 A. M. at the Lowell Tims Chapel With Sonny Tims officiating. Interment will follow at the Altus City Cemetery under the direction of Lowell Tims Funeral Home.
