Gary Michael Kravig, age 36, of Altus, died Wednesday, April 21, 1982 at this home in Altus.
Gary was born September 1945 in Long Beach, California, to Alvin LeRoy and Joandel (Burton) Kravig. He had been a resident of Altus for the past two years. Gary worked for Frith Trucking Company as a diesel mechanic. He served in the US Army Reserve at Fort Leonard Wood Kansas.
Funeral services for Gary Michael Kravig are scheduled for Saturday, April 23, 1982 at 2 pm at the Emanuel Baptist Church, Altus, officiated by Rev. Bill Davis. Burial will follow in the Altus Cemetery under the direction of Tims Funeral Home.
Gary is survived by one daughter, Kimberly Sue Kravig, White City, Georgia; brothers, William Jean Delias, Altus, Oklahoma; Kirk L., Lowell, Indiana; Arlyn A. Van Nuys, C California; sisters, Janna Hesch, Altus, Oklahoma; Kimberly Kravig, Altus, Oklahoma; Lisa Brown, Alabama; grandparents, Albert Kravig, Karral, Colorado; Opal Burton, Bakersfield, California; five nieces, three, nephews.
