George Carroll Rotan


George Rotan was born May 20, 1918 at Granite, Oklahoma. He was the son of the late Robert Lee and Russie Rooke Rotan. He died June 18,2000 at the Jackson County Memorial Hospital

George was a long time resident of Jackson County having resided here most of his life. He farmed as long as his health permitted.

Survivors include a host of Nieces and Nephews and friends.

He was preceded in death by l sister, L. V. Rotan Walker, 4 brothers, R.B., Clyde, Joe and Marvin Rotan.

Graveside services are scheduled for George C. Rotan, Wednesday, June 21,2000 at 2:00 p.m. at the Altus City Cemetery with Rev. Bob Jo0hns officiating. Lowell Tims Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
