SOLOMON

Gilbert P. Solomon, age 50, of Altus, passed away Monday, October 9, 2017, at Jackson County Memorial Hospital, in Altus.

Mr. Solomon was born in Clinton, Oklahoma on August 31, 1967, to Raymond Salomon, Sr. and Maria Perez. Moving to Altus shortly after his birth, Gilbert attended Sunset Elementary, Northeast Junior High and Altus High School. Gilbert was a concrete construction worker until his health began to fail.

Preceded in death by his father, he is survived by his mother, Maria Salomon of Altus; one son, Christopher Creppel-Solomon; four sisters, two brothers and five grandchildren.

Cremation services were provided by Lowell-Tims Funeral Home and Crematory.
