Obituary for HOLLY REANA SHARP
Holly Reana Sharp, an Altus resident, passed away on June 6, 2022, at the age of 37, at Jackson County Memorial Hospital in Altus, Oklahoma after a brief illness.
Holly was born in Ennis, Texas on January 6, 1985, to her parents Barry "David" Sharp and Cynthia Reana Dempsey (Lumpkin). She grew up in Ennis and attended school there. Following high school, she relocated to the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Holly spend time in Tulsa, Oklahoma before finally moving to Altus in 2020.
Holly worked several jobs including Subway and, most recently, Chicken Express in Altus, Oklahoma. Holly cherished her family and was deeply devoted to the love and care of her children. Holly was of the Baptist faith and strongly believed in the awesome power of prayer.
Holly was extremely outgoing, likable, and enjoyed making friends and talking to others. Her sweet nature and upbeat attitude made it easy for people to share their true feelings and be themselves around her. Holly was passionate about cats and helping others. Her kindness, concern for others, and her love for her children will forever be remembered.
Holly was preceded in death by her father, David Sharp; her grandparents, Sammy and Shirley Sharp, and her uncle, Bryan Sharp.
Remaining to honor her everlasting memory are her son, John Koch; and her daughter, Izabella Koch, her mother, Cynthia Reana Dempsey; her maternal grandfather, Robert Lumpkin, maternal grandmother, Linda Nugent as well as other family members, neighbors, co-workers, and friends.
A private service family has been held.
Cremation was under the direction of Lowell - Tims Funeral Home and Crematory.
