Harvey Page Hibler was born on November 23rd, 1910 in Rochester, TX to Robert Clinton Hibler and Louisa Dink Rightmer Hibler. He died on May 30, 1990 at his home in Blair, OK. He had lived in Blair for the past ten years. He lived in Perryton, TX prior to moving to Blair in 1980.

Survivors include: seven children, Mildred Burkham of Blair, OK, William R. Hibler of Wilcox, AZ, Joseph E. Hibler of Olympia, WA, James A. Hibler of Houston, TX, David R. Hibler of Houston, TX, Donna Bosholm of Parker County; Micheal P. Hibler of Houston, TX; 14 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by: a son, John Harvey Hibler and a daughter, Mary Katherine Smith.
