Harvey Redelsperger
Harvey Redelsperger, 83, passed away Thursday, February 16, 1995 at the Jackson County Memorial Hospital.
He was born November 10, 1911 in Shattuck, Oklahoma in Ellis County to Charles and Katherine "Kliewer" Redelsperger. He moved to Harmon County in 1916.
On July 31, 1937, Harvey and Alpha Myrl Wade were united in marriage at Gould, Oklahoma. They made their home on the farm south of Gould for many years.
Harvey was a Deacon for many years at the First Baptist Church of Gould before moving his membership to the Emmanuel Baptist Church of Altus.
Mr. Redelsperger was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters and one brother.
He is survived by Myrl, his wife of 57 years; a daughter and son-in-law Donna and Kendall Aduddell of Oklahoma City; three sons and two daughters-in-law, Harvey W. Redelsperger of Ft. Worth, Texas, John and Karen Redelsperger of Altus and David and Jan Redelsperger of Duncan, Oklahoma.; three brothers and sisters-in-law, George and Lora Redelsperger of Riddle, Oregon, Carl and Bonnie Redelsperger of Grove, Oklahoma and Clarence and Jane Redelsperger of Redding, California; sis sisters and two brothers-in-law, Louise Billington of Amarillo, Texas Lydia Roberts and Edna Beautrow, both of Santa Maria, California, Viola Reavis of Tucson, Arizona, Lillie aned Marion McAndree of Weatherford, Texas and Kathy and Wayne Searcey of Costa Mesa, California; fourteen grandchildren and six great grand children.
Services have been scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Sunday, February 19, 1995 at the Emmanuel Baptist Church with Rev. Boyd Whitehead officiating. Burial will follow in the Gould Cemetery. Arrangement are under the direction of Lowell Tims Funeral Home.
